Narcotic points with Strength 6. Each success level on the poison roll reduces the target strength by one. Reduced to zero, the target falls unconscious for one hour. Some beings recover much faster.
Ranges -1 at Medium, -3 at Long.
Pistol: Short 5 yards, Medium 20 yards, Long 50 yards.
Rifle: Short 20 yards, Medium 100 yards, Long 300 yards.
Each additional shot is at -1 cumulative.
